
Position Summary
Part-time pilot for post maintenance functional check flights. V2X is seeking pilot candidates who meet our high standards of aviator skills, safety, professionalism, and customer focus. We are a depot-level maintenance facility where extensive aircraft re-work, modification, and repairs are performed on airframes, engines, propellers and avionics.
Duties
Work as part of a two-pilot aircrew as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) with the safe operation of aircraft in accordance with FAA, company and customer directives. Able to coordinate with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies. Employees may be assigned other duties, as directed by management.

• Fly as part of a two-pilot aircrew on FCFs as needed. 85%
• Ongoing training related to the C-12 King Air aircraft and systems . 10%
• Participate in required ongoing V2X company training. 5%
Material & Equipment Directly Used
This is a depot-level aircraft maintenance facility with many aircraft in various stages of assembly/disassembly. The majority of the flights will be in VFR conditions.
Physical Activities
Applicant must be able to pass a Second Class Flight Medical exam.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
• 4yr College degree
• BS preferred but not required.
Experience:
• US citizen.
• Airplane, Commercial multi-engine instrument rating.
• 1500 total flight hours minimum.
• 500 flight hours multi-engine turbine.
• Qualified PIC in the BE-20 / B200 / C-12 King Air.
Skills & Technology Used:
• Tendency to be mechanically inclined.
• Be able to read and input data on various charts/grafts related to the aircraft flight.
