In this role, your expertise in property maintenance, facilities maintenance, and safety directly contributes to the well‑being, comfort, and independence of those we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and basic HVAC
- Conduct routine property, equipment, and safety inspections
- Ensure life‑safety systems are operational and compliant
- Coordinate and assist with large maintenance and home improvement projects
- Schedule and attend fire, water, septic, furnace, and air‑conditioning inspections
- Assist with move‑out inspections to keep homes ready and welcoming
- Purchase supplies and maintain adequate inventory
- Serve on the Safety Committee, modeling a culture of safety
- Partner with site managers, staff, vendors, and landlords to resolve maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized maintenance and supply areas
- Complete accurate documentation and reports
- Represent Siffrin professionally in the community
- Uphold the Siffrin, Inc. Code of Ethics
- Perform additional duties in support of the agency’s mission
QualificationsPhysical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 pounds.
- Bend, climb ladders, use tools, and occasionally inspect roofs
- Drive between sites and work in all weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
