Your role will be to support on e-commerce orders shipped from our department. This includes ensuring accurate picking, packing and shipping. Ensuring that the system is up to date with stock movements, and that the stock we have physically matches what we show in SAP. You will be responsible to liaise with the e-commerce team and deal with any special requests, and to proactively monitor emails and Teams messages from them. You will also take part in inventories and investigate stock discrepancies.
