Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse – Stockton, CA
Job Title: LVN/LPT
Hourly Rate: $30.00- $35.00/hr.
Shifts Needed: 2:00PM -10:00PM Friday and Saturday Only
Job Status: Part Time

Here's What You'll Do:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse supports individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their health, safety and well-being. Our Direct Support Professionals proudly serve as an advocate to improve the overall quality of life for our clients.

Essential Functions:
• Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
• Administering Medication (Five Rights Always)
• Attend Medical Appointments and Communicate with Providers
• Support Daily living activites
• Document can and report unusual incidents.
• Insulin administration for diabetic individuals

Education and Experience:
• Active LVN/LPT License Required
• 1 Year of Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
• First Aid/CPR & CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred or willing to obtain)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver’s License
• Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.

Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
