Artcraft Management, an industry leader in Property Management, is currently reviewing applications for a Part Time Leasing Consultant in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Our ideal candidate will have one to two years of prior apartment leasing experience, exceptional professionalism, a strong closing ratio, and superb customer service skills.
If you don’t have previous experience with apartments, but have transferable skills and a commitment to learn a new industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We will train!
As a Leasing Specialist, your responsibilities will include engaging potential residents, conducting property tours, and building strong relationships with clients to convert interest into signed leases. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and has a knack for making genuine connections.

Responsibilities
- Present apartments/facilities to prospective tenants in a friendly and persuasive manner
- Assist in discovering suitable tenants
- Phone, email, and in person correspondence
- Promote unoccupied units via social media and advertising platforms
- Provide accurate information on the different features of units and facilities
- Validate application information and references

QualificationsSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Skills /

Experience:
- Property Management: 2 year (Preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- AppFolio experience is a plus
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
