The Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness at Penn State is seeking a part-time Learning Designer to support the development of computer-based training and online learning products. The Clearinghouse develops evidence-informed resources, programs, and learning experiences that support military service members, families, and the professionals and organizations that serve them. This position will collaborate with subject-matter experts, researchers, design specialists, and other Clearinghouse staff to translate instructional content into engaging, accessible, and effective online learning experiences.
The primary focus of this position will be developing self-paced, computer-based training using Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or similar eLearning authoring tools.

Experience with learning management systems, SCORM-based course delivery, graphic design, multimedia development, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred. Experience developing learning products for military-connected audiences or working with military-focused programs and organizations is a plus.
