Supporting immediate office, employee needs by performing the following duties personally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Aid Service Recall Team by creating and maintaining filing system

Download, print and catalog photos

Data entry

Assist with filing

Other projects as assigned

Education and/or Experience

High school student or graduate (or equivalent - GED); 0-2 years related experience and/or training;

Competencies:

• Able to effectively communicate and work closely with diverse groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to prioritize
• Reliable - must be punctual
• Basic skills of entire Microsoft Office suite (i.e. excel, word, power-point and access)
• Focused on the business
