We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Christchurch team as an Industries Administrator on a part-time basis, 20 hours a week. In this role, you’ll help keep the admin side of the business running smoothly by supporting the team with coordination, documentation, and day-to-day systems and office tasks. It’s a role that makes a real difference behind the scenes, helping good people do good work.

This is a part-time administration role for someone who likes to keep things organised, accurate, and moving. You’ll support the wider Industries team with general administration, coordination, and document management, while building strong working relationships across the business. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the detail right, and wants to be part of a team that is friendly and motivated when it counts.   • Coordinate day-to-day administration support for the industries team.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and business information across relevant systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other team documentation as needed.
  • Support scheduling, meetings, and team coordination activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and provide responsive, professional support.
  • Help improve administrative processes so the team can work smarter and faster.

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination, or office support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
  • A proactive, accountable attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.
  • A genuine focus on supporting good outcomes for the wider team.
