To be of service to our guests. Sell, deliver and account for products from the restaurant for In Room Dining in a manner consistent with the SMI standards. Prepare beverages for guests and co-workers following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation, presentation and accountability in a cost efficient manner. To ensure compliance with all liquor laws. These tasks are to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Set up, break down and reset the In Room Dining service station
  • Answer and take phone orders using proper standards and etiquette
  • Deliver proper, efficient and friendly service to our guests in their rooms
  • Deliver Spa baskets and amenities in a timely manner to the correct rooms
  • Set up complete and correct trays to be delivered according to the guests’ requests
  • Pick-up and remove dirty trays
  • Complete and process paper work required for In Room Dining
  • Control cost and waste
  • Work well with others as a team
  • Prepare beverages
  • Assist in filling in at other departments ie. pool bar

  • Must have some food & beverage experience
  • Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to read and write to facilitate communications
  • Must speak English
  • Spanish is a plus

Hourly rate of $20.00
