Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring for College Student majoring in and pursuing a career in Human Resources

• Part-time -20 hours
• This position supports the day-to-day operations of the human resources office of SBR, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs for employees.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provides administrative support to the HR team.
2. Enters data into BambooHR regarding new hires.
3. Maintains up-to-date information in BambooHR for existing employees, such as dates of compliance, notes, documents, onboarding, etc.
4. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
5. Assists with recruiting new employees through the applicant tracking system.
6. Supports the HR Team with any employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
7. Maintain employee personnel records and information with the strictest sense of confidentiality.
8. Collaborates with other Departments to learn about the full mission of SBR.

Required Skills/Abilities

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
4. Willingness to learn the organization’s HRIS system.
5. Knowledge of Google Suite Applications.
6. Interest in the human services field.
