Part-Time Housekeeper (Private Residence – 6,500 sq. ft.)
Location: Los Feliz
Schedule: Preferred: Monday - Friday, 4 hours/day. 9 - 1p or 8 to 12p. Client can be flexible for the candidate (open to afternoons and weekend days) ALSO OPEN TO FULL TIME FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!


Compensation: $35/hour with 6-month review and potential raise, annual raises, Christmas bonus.
Benefits: 401(k) with 3% employer contribution. Paid Holidays and Vacation

A warm, professional family of four is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to support the care and upkeep of their 6,500 sq. ft. home. The family includes two respectful teenagers, a professional couple who both work from home, and a long-standing household team including a part-time housekeeper and nanny. Their current HK has been with them for 15 years - must be a team player!

Key Responsibilities:

• Detailed cleaning of home, including 5.5 bathrooms and 3 regularly used bedrooms
• Laundry: washing, folding, and ironing (must be experienced with rotary press for linens and napkins)
• Routine silver polishing
• Cleaning and maintenance of outdoor patio areas
• Working collaboratively with the existing household team
• Light organizing and upkeep of household supplies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a private home of similar size preferred
• Strong laundry and ironing skills, including use of rotary press
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Spanish-speaking is a plus; client prefers communication via text (must be a clear and reliable communicator)
• Kind, warm demeanor with a strong team ethic
• Trustworthy, punctual, and discreet
