Job Description

A couple relocating to Geneva is looking for an experienced and highly reliable Part-time Housekeeper to join their household from January 2027.

The position is ideal for a well-organised and proactive professional who is comfortable combining household responsibilities with the care of a young baby.

Location: Geneva

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 11:00 am

Start date: January 2027

Employment: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for the baby from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Take the family dog for walks and provide general care as required
• Maintain the household to a consistently high standard, including cleaning and tidying
• Take care of laundry and ironing
• Prepare fresh, healthy and well-presented meals for the family
• Ensure the home is kept organised and well maintained
• Anticipate the family's needs and provide support with day-to-day household tasks

Requirements

Profile

• Previous experience working in a private household in a similar position
• Solid experience caring for babies and young children
• Checkable references
• Comfortable and confident around dogs
• Professional, discreet and trustworthy
• Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented
• Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Warm and caring personality, particularly when caring for the baby
• Good communication skills
• French and English required
