Job Description

A family in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain two luxury condominium units located in the same building.

One unit is approximately 1,100 sq. ft. and is occupied by a mature single lady. Her son lives in a second unit in the same building, approximately 1,600 sq. ft. The household also has a small dog, so candidates must be pet-friendly.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housekeeper looking to supplement their income with steady part-time work.

Schedule

The schedule is three days per week, with Monday and Saturday required, and the third day flexible between Wednesday or Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean and maintain both condominium units to a high standard
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Dust furniture, surfaces, and fixtures
• Maintain general household organization
• Change bed linens once per week in each unit
• Light laundry of bed linens
• Maintain the apartments so they remain consistently clean and well-presented
• No regular laundry required for the lady’s unit

Requirements

• Previous private-home housekeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Pet-friendly and comfortable around a small dog
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Interested in a long-term part-time position

Compensation

• $250 per day flat rate or $750 per week
