ESF Explore is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Hourly Assistant Caretakers to provide cleaning and caretaker support services for extracurricular classes organised by ESF Explore after-school, on weekends, or during school holidays at ESF venues. Responsibilities / 職責

English:

• Responsible for opening and closing the premises at designated operational times (key handling and lock-up procedures).
• Oversee, patrol, and maintain the security and order of kindergarten/school grounds during after-school, weekend, and holiday programmes.
• Assist with daily cleaning duties and sanitise classrooms, toys, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Set up and break down designated venues for events (e.g., weekend camps, parents' meetings, student activities).
• Safely move furniture, equipment, and teaching materials around the site.
• Report any property defects or safety hazards to the Site Manager immediately.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.

• 負責於指定營運時間執行校舍的啟閉（鑰匙管理及鎖門程序）工作。
• 於課後、週末班及假日營期間，負責看管、巡查並維持校園範圍的安全與秩序。
• 協助校內日常清潔工作，並根據需要協助消毒課室、玩具及公共區域，以維持高標準衛生。
• 協助安排及拆除活動（如週末營、家長會、學生活動）所需之場地佈置。
• 安全地搬移校內傢俱、設備及教學物資。
• 如發現校內設施損壞或有安全隱患，須即時通知中心經理。
• 配合中心經理所指派之其他工作。

Requirements / 要求

English:

• Previous experience in school operations, building caretaking, security, or handy work is preferred.
• Basic handy skills and physical ability to perform practical tasks (e.g., lifting and moving furniture).
• Trustworthy and strictly adherent to school security protocols and key-handling procedures.
• High sense of responsibility, punctual, attentive to detail, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
