Job Location: Cornerstone in Texarkana - Texarkana, TX 75503Methodist Retirement Communities (MRC), with a mission to honor and serve older adults as an expression of Christ’s love, does so with eight continuing-care retirement communities in Texas. Affiliated with MRC and located in Texarkana, Cornerstone Retirement Community, is a leader in continuing care retirement living offering independent living, assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, and home health.

We are currently seeking Part-time Home Health LVN to work on Wednesdays for skilled visits and to fill medication boxes. Hours are flexible!

Qualifications

Required Education/Certification/Licensure:
- Graduation from an accredited vocational school of nursing and current Texas or Texas compact LVN/LPN license required.

- Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative
Training and

Experience:
- Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing desired.
Job Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
