Part-Time Lead Generator (Home Depot) $18–$30/hr | Flexible Hours | Inside Home Depot | No Experience Required Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing Milwaukee, WI Part-Time $15/hr + bonuses ($18–$30/hr effective) HIRING NOW: PART-TIME HOME DEPOT LEAD GENERATORS Flexible Schedule • Great for College Students • Retail • Customer Service • Appointment Setting Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is looking for outgoing, friendly, energetic people to join our Home Depot in-store lead generation team. You’ll talk to customers inside Home Depot, ask a few simple questions, and create appointments for our HVAC team. No selling. No pressure. No door-knocking. Pay: $15/hr base pay +$7 per ran appointment (Only leads that actually run count toward your bonus.) Weekly Bonuses for High Performers +$50/week at 1.0 runs/hr +$75/week at 1.2 runs/hr +$100/week at 1.4 runs/hr Total Expected Earnings: $18–$30+ per hour Top performers consistently earn $25–$30/hr+. Schedule 10–20 hours per week Must be able to work Saturday Shifts are typically 4–5 hours Work inside Home Depot stores across SE Wisconsin Perfect for: College students Stay-at-home parents Retail workers People wanting a fun, easy part-time job What You’ll Do Greet and engage customers inside Home Depot Ask simple questions about their heating/cooling needs Use scripts (we train you!)
