To support this initiative, the organization is expanding its regional data annotation operations in Brazil to enhance the quality of geographic, business, and employment-related information used to train its AI models.

Job Role

The Part-Time Data Annotator – Brazil will be responsible for supporting AI search optimization initiatives by reviewing, validating, categorizing, and annotating localized digital information related to Brazil's geography, business classifications, and employment-related datasets.

Working remotely with flexible scheduling, the successful candidate will conduct structured online research, verify localized information, classify regional datasets, and ensure accurate and consistent data annotation outputs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for college students and part-time professionals to gain practical experience in artificial intelligence, data annotation, and digital research while working entirely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Review, classify, and annotate localized geographic information, business classifications, and employment-related search keywords across Brazil.
• 
  Conduct online research using publicly available sources, digital maps, and online directories to verify assigned data points.
• 
  Apply local knowledge of Brazilian geography, states, municipalities, business terminology, and employment-related information to improve dataset accuracy.
• 
  Support continuous optimization of AI search models by maintaining consistent, accurate, and high-quality annotated datasets.
• 
  Complete daily annotation assignments while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• 
  Perform quality assurance checks before submitting completed annotation tasks.
• 
  Collaborate remotely with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Requirements

• 
  Currently residing in Brazil and has lived in the country for at least two years.
• 
  Open to college students and part-time workers of any nationality.
• 
  No specific educational background or field of study is required.
• 
  Strong familiarity with Brazilian geography, states, municipalities, business practices, and cultural context.
• 
  Excellent online research skills with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• 
  Comfortable using computers, web browsers, mapping tools, spreadsheets, and online research platforms.
• 
  Native or professional proficiency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English.
• 
  Basic conversational Chinese is considered an advantage but is not required.
• 
  Must possess a personal computer or laptop with reliable high-speed internet access.
• 
  Able to work independently from home while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• 
  Available to work approximately 6–8 flexible hours per day, depending on project requirements.
