- Greet and assist all visitors, vendors, staff, and members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Promptly notify the appropriate party via phone, email, and/or Teams of arrival of visitor, vendor, or member.
- Creates a positive first impression by maintaining a welcoming front desk and reception area.
- Answers internal incoming calls, emails, and messages and responds to general questions or directs inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist visitors, vendors, and/or members with check-in procedures, visitor logs, badges, or other process as needed.
- Receives all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Notifies appropriate person/department of arrival.
- Monitor the lobby and front desk area to ensure they remain organized, presentable, inviting, and secure by following safety procedures.
- Handle concerns, questions, or minor issues with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset and escalate to the appropriate party.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager, Chief Risk Officer, or President.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 or more years of previous customer service, reception, hospitality, or front desk experience.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position requires the following physical activities within varying environmental conditions:
- Occasionally remaining in a stationary position which may be standing or sitting for a prolonged period.
- Occasional travel or moving from one office location to another or from one department to another at the headquarters building.
- Occasional lifting, moving, or adjusting objects up to 30 pounds.
- Constant communication with others through various channels including verbal, email, and chat of which the last two may require consistent use of a keyboard and mouse or another electronic device.
- Work will be in a commercially reasonable temperature-controlled environment.
- Occasional temporary exterior site review which could be in outdoor elements of wind, rain, or snow.
