Working directly with senior leadership, you will manage the financial and commercial foundations of a growing, high-performance team. This position goes beyond traditional financial control, requiring a hands-on approach to revenue integrity and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Billing:
Lead end-to-end timesheet processes, manage client rate cards, and ensure billing accuracy.
Financial Management:
Prepare management accounts, monthly budget-vs-actual analyses, and rolling cash flow forecasts.
Operations & Payroll:
Oversee the creditors process, expense allocation, and monthly payroll cycles.
Compliance:
Manage VAT, corporate tax submissions, and CIPC filings.
Commercial Support:
Review client contracts and support pricing models for new proposals.
Systems & Controls:
Develop financial policies and lead the implementation of scalable finance technology.
