Part-Time Family / Executive Assistant – Miami Beach

A private family in Miami Beach is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Family / Executive Assistant to support a busy household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of childcare support, household management, and personal assistant duties.

The home is a 2,000 sq. ft. luxury apartment. The household consists of a couple and their 15-month-old son. The family employs a full-time nanny and a part-time housekeeper.

Schedule

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• 5 hours per day (Flexible schedule with morning and/or afternoon hours)

Responsibilities

• Provide backup care for the toddler when the nanny is off
• Assist with supervision and engagement as needed
• Manage household supplies and restocking
• Receive deliveries and manage Amazon orders
• Light tidying in between housekeeper visits
• Assist with general household organization
• Run errands, including grocery shopping and returns
• Assist with meal prep and light cooking, following simple recipes
• Prepare simple meals approximately 2 days per week
• Provide light office assistance for the family business
• Manage calendars using Outlook
• Schedule appointments and handle basic administrative tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in a private household as a nanny, housekeeper, family assistant, or similar role
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable balancing childcare, household, and administrative duties
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of a busy family
• Seeking a long-term, stable position

Compensation & Benefits

$35–$40 per hour, based on experience
