About the Role:

The Learning Experience #470 in Pickerington, OH is looking for a passionate and experienced Part-Time Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team! Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and sensory activities that support infant growth and development
• Monitor and document each infant's daily progress, milestones, and individual needs
• Maintain open, warm communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily activities and development
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety standards, and proper sanitation protocols are consistently followed
• Collaborate with lead teachers and center staff to support a positive, team-oriented learning environment
• Follow all state licensing regulations and The Learning Experience policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with infants in a licensed childcare or early childhood education setting
• Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate learning activities
• Strong nurturing, patience, and communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting infants and sitting on the floor
• Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Must meet Ohio state background check and childcare licensing requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA, ECE coursework, or degree preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
