The part-time Event Specialist is a team leader who excels at delivering results and luxury experiences. This position Supports, Assists, Executes and Delivers all events based on annual revenue budgets. The event specialist has a high attention to detail, is flexible, thrives in a fast paced environment, has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves to travel. The Event Specialist upholds KREWE’s core values and Code of Conduct at all times during work trips.


Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Events include Archive Sales, Corporate Giftings, Retail Events and In Store Events.
  • Lead the full sales cycle while partnering closely with retail teams to drive performance and exceed sales quotas.
  • Assist with short and long-term planning for all events within approved budget, marketing plan
    and department objectives.
  • Supports all phases of the event, including but not limited to sales, planning, servicing and
    administrative procedures.
  • Delivers budgeted sales and profits in all event areas.
  • Trains, supervises, and works with event staff to solicit the planning, merchandising and
    execution of events.
  • Drive the event support team to achieve sales and KPI results.
  • Act as brand ambassador to build external pipeline of customers and productions
  • Aware of each piece of event business while looking to better processes.
  • Assists in assembling creative and innovative event attractions.
  • Team player involved with building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
  • Maintain visual brand standards at all time.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of fashion trends and a keen interest in eyewear
  • 2+ years experience in successfully delivering sales results and supporting events
  • Born leader with a strong work ethic
  • Keen understanding of all aspects of event operations
  • Thrives in a goal-oriented working environment
  • Proven history of exceeding expectations time and again
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for conversation and always presenting products in their best light
  • Passion for providing a unique customer experience
  • Able to handle high pressure situations and be able to problem solve on the go
  • Ability to remain flexible throughout a collaborative retail experience
  • Someone who shares our inquisitive nature, affinity for fashion and design, self-motivated, and
    good-work-requires-having-fun mentality
  • Willing to travel and work weekends.
  • Proficient in excel, POS software and sales reporting platforms
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting
  • Must be able to physically lift 50lbs and activate events
  • Minimum 70% travel required
