This role supports concessions, bar, and banquet functions under the direction of the Food and Beverage Lead, ensuring timely service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. Event staff must maintain a professional appearance, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide courteous, responsive service to all guests. This is an event-based role; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
