Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator III. In this role, you will operate equipment used to mix chemical batches in accordance with production specifications and company quality standards. This position requires careful adherence to mix sheets, accurate measurements, and completion of required quality checks before product moves forward in the process.

Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment used to mix chemical batches.
  • Follow mix sheets and chemical recipes exactly as written.
  • Measure materials accurately according to specifications.
  • Perform required quality checks prior to releasing product to the next stage of production.
  • Work primarily with non-hazardous chemicals.
  • Maintain knowledge of and comply with safety requirements related to the job and equipment.

Your Shift Part Time starting at 8:00 am with 4-6 hour shifts - Monday - Friday when needed. 20-25 hours

You Must Have:

  • Basic mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and chemical mix sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with measurements and quality checks.
  • Comfort working in a production environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds.

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Constantly operates machinery and handles products including production materials.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 40+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Prior experience operating mixing or batch equipment in a manufacturing environment.
