Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly, THIS POSITION IS MONDAY-FRIDAY FROM 12:30PM-5:30PM!!

Join Learning Grove, a trusted nonprofit serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years. As an Assistant Teacher, you’ll help create engaging, play-based learning environments for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, while supporting lead teachers and building strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom setup and daily activities
• Assist with child development tracking and family engagement
• Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to meet high-quality standards

Qualifications: Qualifications:

• CDA(Child Development Associate) required; Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills
