As a Part Time Driver, you will provide safe and dependable transportation for individuals with developmental disabilities to day programs, community jobs, and work sites. Every route you drive supports lives and builds connection.
What You Will Do
Safely transport individuals to day habilitation programs, community employment, and approved locations
Assist passengers with boarding, seatbelts, wheelchairs, and mobility needs
Maintain supervision during driving, pickup, and drop off
Provide respectful behavior support and encourage positive social interaction
Operate and maintain agency vehicles in all weather conditions
Complete required documentation each shift
Communicate transportation or individual concerns promptly and professionally
Represent Siffrin and those served positively in the community
QualificationsWhat We Are Looking For
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
CDL preferred or willingness to obtain CDL with agency support
Ability to obtain a DOT physical
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and alcohol testing
Comfort working with individuals with developmental disabilities
