This family is looking for a dependable, safety-first driver to support their daily afternoon/evening routine. The role centers on picking up the children (twins, age 2, and a 3-year-old) and a grandmother from school/home, navigating a large SUV through tight city streets and a narrow alley garage, and helping the household run smoothly through the dinner and bedtime wind-down. This may be paired with light house-manager duties (resets, errands, restocking) depending on the candidate.
Client: Private family, Chicago, IL (Gold Coast/Lincoln Park-type residence, gated multi-floor home with tight alley-access garage)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00–7:00 PM (approx. 20 hrs/week; potential to expand for the right person)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour
Vehicle: Family-provided GMC Yukon (large SUV, third-row car seats, tight alley garage — this is a driving-skill role, not just a license requirement)

Pick up grandmother and all three children from school/activities on a consistent daily schedule
Properly install, check, and manage three car seats/boosters
Maintain punctuality around school dismissal windows
Keep the vehicle maintained and washed routine upkeep, cleanliness, and coordinating any needed service
Support family logistics during the shift: light errands, dry cleaner drop-off
Communicate proactively and honestly with the family about schedule, vehicle condition, or any incidents transparency is a top priority for this family
Valid driver's license (Illinois-issued, or willing/able to transfer promptly if selected)
Minimum 3+ years of licensed driving experience
Demonstrated recent experience driving a large SUV or van (not just a sedan)
Clean driving record no major violations, DUIs, or suspensions in the past 5 years
Comfortable with car seat installation and multi-child transport
Able to pass a full background check, including driving history
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Warm, patient demeanor with young children
