We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time HVAC Dispatcher to support our residential HVAC service operations out of Sanford, FL. This role plays a key part in coordinating technician schedules, routing calls, and supporting customer appointment flow throughout the day.

Responsibilities

As a HVAC Dispatcher, you will:

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system
• Communicate with technicians and customers regarding appointment updates and routing changes
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues
• Maintain accurate scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day

This is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.

Qualifications

What You Need

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments preferred
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local geography and routing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Flexible availability based on business needs and scheduling options
• Must pass background check and drug screening
