One Vision is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Hourly Services to provide meaningful, hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to make a direct impact in the lives of others.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
16 hours per week
Support individuals with daily living needs, including meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications
Encourage independence, choice, and personal growth
Assist with community outings, appointments, and activities
Provide safe transportation as needed
Complete required documentation using electronic systems
Support household routines, budgeting, and life skills
Purpose-driven, meaningful work
Consistent weekday schedule
Paid training - no prior experience required
Supportive and inclusive team environment

High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer skills
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings
Completion of all required training
