
St. John the Evangelist in Severna Park is looking for a warm, reliable, and dedicated part‑time Daily Substitute Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with students and supporting a positive classroom environment.
The Daily Substitute Teacher will supervise and teach students during a teacher’s absence, follow the lesson plans provided by the principal or classroom teacher, assign classwork or homework as needed, and take attendance.
This position also serves as a daily, on‑call substitute role, offering flexibility throughout the school year. Candidates may be asked to substitute in grades K–8 and are welcome to share the grade levels they feel most comfortable working with.
