Our Customer Support department is here to assist fans with any questions they may have about our platform. From fans who have questions about how to use our site to those who need help selling a ticket, we are ready to help everyone in need. Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty.

Our Customer Support is the front line. Dealing with fan's questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a part-time Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our Dutch speaking fans!

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support agent, you’ll be on the front line of the TicketSwap experience. You’ll help fans with questions via chat, email and phone, and you do this with great enthusiasm.

In addition, you will:

  • Fix sellers' mistakes and finding ways to avoid this in the future
  • Achieve goals regarding customer satisfaction and productivity, in order to contribute to company wide targets
  • Use Intercom to manage conversations and keep communication smooth
  • Spot recurring issues and share insights with the wider CX team
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support
  • Support during peak moments or holidays (like King’s Day), when the events world is buzzing

Requirements

About you

  • Native level Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus
  • Some experience working in an office or professional environment, even better if it’s in a customer support role
  • Comfortable talking to customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Calm, clear, and friendly communicator, even in stressful situations
  • You’re available for 24-32 hours per week, based in or near Amsterdam, and can work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday, 10:00–18:00) each week
  • You are stress-resistant and embrace changes
  • You like a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • Experience with tools like Intercom or similar support software is a plus
  • Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture

Practical Details

  • Location: Amsterdam (office-first, hybrid possible)
  • Hours: 9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00, Monday to Friday
  • Evenings: 1 evening shift from 12:00-21:00
  • Weekends: Weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) from 10:00-18:00 every week
  • Holidays: Working on peak event days (e.g. King’s Day, Easter etc)
  • Contract: 0-hour contract, 7 months with the option to extend
  • Salary: €15,75 gross per hour (+8% holiday allowance and 9,6% holiday pay)
