Part-time Customer Care Assistant (Ref: 260000MD)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints received via the MTR hotline

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing correspondences and notices

  • Assist in maintaining a database of customer enquiries

Requirements

  • Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages

  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in customer service industry

  • Positive mindset and ability to work under pressure

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Hands-on experience in Chinese word processing

Remarks

  • Hourly Rate: HK$95 per hour

  • Working Hours: 3 hours either in morning or afternoon session, 3-5 days from Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays)

  • Working Location: MTR Kam Tin Building, Kam Tin, New Territories

  • Appointment will be made on 12-month temporary contract terms, renewal will be subject to business needs
