-Employment Job type: Part-time
-Location: Oahu (Honolulu, HI)
-Schedule: Monday to Friday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM
-Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00
-Cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing restrooms and common areas within a commercial building.
-Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness.
-Performing restroom cleaning duties.
-Restocking supplies such as soap and paper products as needed.
-Emptying trash and recycling bins, and disposing of waste in the designated areas.
-Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
-Ensuring a clean and orderly environment for both staff and visitors.
-Carrying out other tasks as assigned by the HBM supervisor
-A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-Must successfully pass prescreen check.
-Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is desirable.
-Ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
-Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
-Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, or pulling between 25 to 50 pounds, as well as standing for long stretches and performing tasks like stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing, and pressing.
-Competence in safely and effectively operating cleaning equipment.
-Willingness to learn and participate in training for the position.
-Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently
-Good communication skills in English and the ability to work well in a team.
-Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
