
Reports to: Facilities Coordinator
Performs custodial tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment. Performs a variety of activities requiring
communications and support to department and performs other work-related tasks as required.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. The employee is required to wear appropriate safety protective equipment at the proper times and in the proper environments as required by safety program rules
Physical Demands:
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds. The employee may also be required to work in hot temperatures.
