Job Description

    Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional and dependable Executive Driver to provide safe, timely, and discreet transportation support for corporate executives at Simon Property Group Headquarters in Indianapolis. This position requires exceptional customer service, professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment while representing both Andy Frain Services and our client in a corporate executive environment.

    The Executive Driver will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation, communication, and confidentiality while ensuring a positive and seamless transportation experience for executive leadership and guests.

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    • Provide safe, professional, and timely transportation for corporate executives and authorized guests.
    • Maintain exceptional customer service and professionalism during all interactions.
    • Exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding executive schedules, conversations, and travel arrangements.
    • Assist passengers with entry and exit from vehicles and limited luggage or materials as needed.
    • Maintain awareness of traffic, road conditions, alternate routes, and scheduling changes to ensure efficient transportation.
    • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle appearance at all times.
    • Communicate effectively with leadership, dispatch, and designated contacts regarding scheduling or transportation updates.
    • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and sound decision-making in a corporate environment.
    • Remain alert and attentive to safety and security concerns while transporting passengers.
    • Follow all company policies, client expectations, and applicable traffic laws.
    • Additional duties may be assigned based on operational or client needs.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    The following are the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position. Qualifications may vary depending on operational needs and client requirements.

    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
    • Must be at least 21 years of age.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
    • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and motor vehicle record review. Employment is contingent upon successful completion.
    • Previous professional driving, executive transportation, chauffeur, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in an executive corporate environment.
    • Ability to work assigned schedule with flexibility as business needs require.

    • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and confidentiality while supporting executive leadership.

    • Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods of time.

    • Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the shift.

    • Ability to bend, twist, reach, and move as necessary to perform assigned duties.
