We are seeking Part-Time Contents Technicians to support a high volume of restoration projects This position is warehouse-based and does not require travel to job sites

In this role, you will clean, restore, and organize soft and hard contents from fire-damaged properties. The work is repetitive, detail-oriented, and physically active, and plays a critical role in helping customers recover after a disaster.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and restore soft contents such as clothing, textiles, and linens
  
  
• Clean and restore hard contents including furniture, household items, and electronics
  
  
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
  
  
• Safely handle, organize, and store contents within the warehouse
  
  
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
  
  

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the workday
  
  
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
  
  
• Restoration or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
  
  
• Ability to pass a background check
  
  
• Valid driver’s license required
  
  

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
  
  
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with cleaning agents
  
  
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items
