The Content Operations Coordinator supports the coordination and delivery of content, marketing, and website projects. Reporting to the Associate Director of Content and collaborating with the Associate Director of Marketing, the Coordinator supports website updates, email newsletters, project requests, and cross-organizational routings. The role ensures deliverables are organized, accurate, and on schedule.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

• Coordinate content, marketing, and website deliverables from intake to completion, including timelines, approvals, and status updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project needs, gather materials, and ensure project requests are complete and actionable.
• Support cross-functional alignment through creative briefings, project meetings, and updates within the Content and Communications division and internal partners.
• Build, edit, and QA website content, focusing on accuracy, accessibility, metadata, and user experience.
• Support email production workflows, including newsletter calendars, content gathering, builds, and routing.
• Coordinate advertising production workflows, including deliverable tracking, specs, asset handoffs, vendor trafficking, and approval timelines.
• Coordinate visual asset workflows, including image requests, usage details, rights clearances, credit lines, and approvals.
• Document recurring processes, checklists, and playbooks for content, marketing, and website workflows.
• Assist with special projects and other assigned departmental responsibilities.

WHAT WE NEED IN YOU

• Strong project coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines, track details, follow up on approvals, and keep multiple projects moving.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills with close attention to accuracy.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems, email platforms, project management tools, or other digital systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work clearly and collaboratively with colleagues across departments and levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, content operations, project coordination, or related field.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Work is primarily performed in an office environment.
• Ability to work at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• This position is considered part-time, non-exempt.
• The schedule is three days per week in the office (Tuesday–Thursday), approximately 21 hours per week, equivalent to 0.6 Full-Time Employee (FTE).
• As a non-exempt position, it is eligible for overtime pay.
• The compensation for this role is $28-30 hourly.

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
