As a Part-time Concierge/Airport Representative, you’re not just welcoming guests to the island and hotel; assisting with special requests and services – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome arriving guests to the island at the airport Ensure all Hilton arriving guests are greeted warmly and promptly; creating a personalized welcome at the first point of contact
• Assist with luggage and arrange transportation: Ensure all Hilton arriving guests at the airport are promptly assisted with their luggage and escort guests to their taxi/rental transportation
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions
• Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs
• Manage guest communications: Receive and ensure the delivery of messages, mail, packages
• Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests; ensuring needs and requests of all VIPs, repeat and arriving guests are met
• Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs
• Perform friendly, fast and efficient check-ins and check-outs
