TES Stafifng is looking for energetic, creative instructors to lead hands-on STEAM programming for children throughout the Rochester area.
This is an especially exciting opportunity for college students, future teachers, substitute teachers, teaching assistants, camp counselors, childcare professionals, coaches, and education professionals who want additional hands-on experience working with children.
You'll gain real experience leading groups, managing classroom dynamics, delivering curriculum, adapting instruction, encouraging problem-solving, and creating an inclusive learning environment; all while introducing kids to engineering, robotics, and creative building.
And you don't need to know anything about robotics to start.
We provide the training, curriculum, materials, and support.
You'll be the person leading the room.
That means getting kids settled and engaged, explaining the day's project, keeping activities moving, answering questions, redirecting behavior, encouraging kids who get frustrated, managing transitions, and handling all the unexpected moments that come with working with groups of children.
If you want experience that will make you a stronger educator, this is it.
