This role requires strong administrative skills, a friendly and professional manner, and a passion for supporting a nurturing learning environment.

The position:
Fixed Term maternity cover (17 July 2026 – 16 April 2027)
Part time (32 hours) 4 days per week
Caring for a variety of administrative responsibilities
Supporting Teachers in classrooms during lunch breaks
NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa is a prerequisite
Kindercare police vet all employees
About you:
You’re an experienced Administrator who has:
Outstanding customer service skills
A heart for children and families, and building relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and cultures – internally and externally
A sound understanding of various computer applications
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
