Evolution is hiring Part-Time Casino Dealers in Philadelphia — weekends only.

You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world.

No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required.

What You'll Do

• Host live casino games on camera including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Speak to online players in a friendly, professional way
• Follow game procedures and on-screen prompts
• Keep the game moving smoothly and engagingly
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid dealer training through Evolution Academy

Schedule

• Saturday and Sunday only
• 8-hour shifts
• Consistent — same days every week, no surprises
• Afternoon, evening, and overnight options available

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass required background checks
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania and West Virginia gaming license
• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday consistently including holidays
• Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, dedicated, and dependable
• Must be able to complete paid training

• Prolonged sitting at counter-height chairs and tables

• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. when needed
• Ability to work assigned weekend shifts including holidays
