お客様の好みやライフスタイルについて話を聞きながら、iPadを使ってデザインを一緒に選び、世界に一つだけの製品を作り上げる接客を行います。
具体的には…
・接客・販売:お客様一人ひとりに合わせて、商品の魅力を伝えます
・VMD(売場づくり):ブランドコンセプトに沿ったディスプレイを管理し、世界観を演出します
・在庫管理:社員の指示に基づき、検品や在庫状況の確認を行います
※業務は社員の指示のもとで進めますが、本人の意欲に応じて任される範囲や裁量は広がっていきます。
給与形態：時給
基本給：1,500円
時間外労働（残業）：残業が発生した場合は、残業代を別途全額支給します。
勤務時間：シフト制（週20時間以内）
実働時間：1日あたり最大8時間
休憩時間：60分
休日・休暇：
・週休2日以上(シフト制)
福利厚生：
・交通費支給（上限35000円）
・Welcome gift(入社時に商品を一つプレゼント!)

現場マネージャーによる面接（店舗またはオンライン）を実施します。これまでのご経験や働き方のご希望についてお伺いしながら、お互いの理解を深めます。

※書類選考および面接結果は、それぞれ1週間以内にご連絡します。
③WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
面接後、通常1週間以内に結果をご案内します。採用決定後は、CASETiFYのチームメンバーとしてご活躍いただきます。
