
The part-time Bookkeeper for St. Joseph School in Cockeysville, Maryland will maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. The bookkeeper's job duties include working closely with the school and AoB accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with legal requirements, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a background in finance degree and is familiar with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks, FACTS, and UKG, used by the AoB. The Bookkeeper is a full-time service professional who helps school leadership keep track of money earned and spent. The Bookkeeper prepares accounts, documents daily financial transactions, and ensures compliance with applicable standards.
