Are you a BCBA passionate about early intervention, but looking for flexibility in your schedule? At Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, you can deliver high-impact ABA therapy in a structured, play-based setting designed specifically for children ages 2-5, all while maintaining part-time hours that fit your life.

Compensation – Earn a base wage of $75/hour

What You’ll Do

• Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients
  
  
• Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans
  
  
• Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling
  
  
• Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training
  
  
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input
