
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the Attend School Avoidance Program through our partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)!
The Attend Program provides comprehensive, evidence-based assessment and intervention services for school-age students experiencing school avoidant behavior and related anxiety concerns. The program works collaboratively with students, families, and school teams to identify the function of school avoidance, develop individualized intervention plans, and support evidence-based strategies that promote successful school attendance. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop function-based support plans, provide parent/caregiver consultation, collaborate with school teams, and provide clinical oversight to Attend Program Specialists supporting students in the home and during school reentry.
Pay - $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099)
Schedule: Part-time; schedule based on program and student needs. Morning availability is required, as FBAs and other assessment or consultation activities may occur in the home before the start of the school day.
Work Setting: Services may occur across Chester County (and surrounding areas) and may include student homes, school settings, CCIU locations, team meetings, and consultation activities.
