The Service BDC Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair appointments. In this role, you'll manage inbound and outbound communications, assist customers with service scheduling, and help maintain strong relationships between our customers and service team.

Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally
• Schedule and confirm service appointments for customers
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service recommendations
• Perform outbound calls to service customers for appointment reminders and retention campaigns
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Respond to customer questions regarding maintenance scheduling and service processes
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals for appointments and customer contact activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction

Service BDC Representative Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, administrative, or BDC experience preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
