We’re looking for a Barista who takes pride in enhancing the resident experience through consistent service, attention to detail, and a welcoming daily presence.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment.
Key areas of focus include:
- Preparing coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment through daily interaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and amenity space
- Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service
- Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community
This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.
What You Bring to the Team
You have a solid foundation in barista or coffee shop experience, with familiarity in espresso preparation, equipment cleaning and handling and delivering consistent service through resident engagement.
More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
