Part-Time Barista Rookie - Jakarta & Bandung

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes.
2. Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions.
3. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the bar, seating areas, and equipment to ensure a pleasant environment.
4. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other essential supplies.
5. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving feedback promptly.

Job Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent; active university students are welcome to apply.
2. Passion for coffee with a strong willingness to learn barista techniques and coffee-making skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
4. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and early/late shifts.
5. Residing in Jakarta or Bandung and able to commute reliably to the designated outlet.
