Town and Country Resort isn’t your average stay—we’re a vibrant destination where mid-century charm meets modern energy in the heart of San Diego. From our lush grounds to our lively dining venues, we create memorable experiences for both guests and team members alike.
Nestled within the resort, The MRKT is our go-to spot for quick bites, quality coffee, and grab-and-go goodness. It’s where mornings begin, caffeine flows freely, and regulars are remembered by name (and drink order, of course).
We’re looking for a Part-Time Barista who knows their way around an espresso machine—or is eager to learn—and enjoys creating small moments of joy, one cup at a time. If you can handle a morning rush with a smile, keep things tidy, and throw in a little personality with every pour, you’ll fit right in. Shift Hours: 6AM - 11PM. Pay Rate $19.00
And because taking care of guests starts with taking care of our team, we offer great perks like complimentary stays for you and your family, free daily lunch in our employee cafeteria, free parking, a 401(k) retirement plan, and more!

We are a commercial general contractor and construction manager. And we really do build just about everything. In 1967, Leo Joeris laid the foundation of this firm with one simple principle: first build trust.
He was right. Everything we build depends on trust. Trust in relationships – external and internal. Trust in the fairness and integrity of our interactions with owners, architects, subcontractors and employees. Trust in the technical knowledge and skill we bring to each project. Trust in our reliability in delivering results: on time and on budget.
More than 53 years and hundreds of successful projects later, we’ve proven that our founding principle still resonates with communities and corporate clients throughout Texas.
