Time CDJR is looking for a detail‑oriented and reliable part-time Scanner to join our team! In this role, you’ll support dealership operations by managing document processing, organizing records, and ensuring accurate and timely data handling across multiple departments.

Schedule Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 8:30 am-2:30 pm

Compensation $18/hr

What You Will Do:

• Scan, intake, record, file, fax, email, and proofread documents.
• Assist with organization and sorting projects.
• Complete data entry tasks using various platforms and systems.
• File and remove records in accordance with retention policies.
• Perform daily bank and post office errands.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Occasionally travel to dealership locations for errands or document transfer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
• Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
